Server Rules

We keep it simple. Use common sense, respect others, and don't ruin someone else's experience.

01

Be Respectful

Banter, swearing, and mature conversations are fine. Harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying, or intentionally creating drama are not.

02

Keep It Appropriate

No NSFW, gore, shock content, or excessively inappropriate usernames, skins, builds, signs, or content.

03

No PvP

IronHollow is PvE. Don't intentionally kill, attack, trap, or cause another player's death — including through mobs, lava, TNT, fire, or other workarounds.

04

No Griefing

Don't destroy, alter, sabotage, or interfere with another player's builds, farms, animals, redstone, or property.

05

No Stealing

Don't take from another player's containers, farms, dropped items, or property without permission. If it isn't clearly public, assume it's private.

06

Respect Claims

Give players reasonable building space. Don't destroy, alter, or manipulate anyone's build without permission from the build owner first.

07

No Cheating / Exploits

No hacked clients, X-ray, duplication exploits, unfair macros, or mods that provide an unfair advantage. QoL, performance, cosmetic, and accessibility mods are generally fine.

08

Don't Cause Lag

Farms and redstone are welcome within reason. Builds causing excessive server lag may need to be modified or removed.

09

Be Fair

Scamming isn't allowed. Honor trades and respect public/community farms and other shared areas.

10

No Spam / Advertising

Don't spam chats, mentions, commands, or VC soundboards. Don't advertise other servers or communities without permission.

11

Staff & Common Sense

Not every situation needs a written rule. Loopholes don't excuse behavior that's clearly harmful. Staff actions depend on severity, intent, and history.

12

Report, Don't Retaliate

If someone breaks the rules, report it to staff. Don't grief, steal, kill, or start fights in retaliation.

Most importantly: Have fun, respect your neighbors, and don't be an asshole.

By participating in IronHollow, you're expected to follow these rules and use common sense.
